Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated person to join our organization. The incumbent will manage HR systems, and will drive improvement on people data analytics, reporting & insights and other HR process and system automation projects for the APAC region. He / she will be involved in the end-to-end process, from user requirements collection, design methodology to the rollout.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with HR leaders to identify opportunities for process improvements and manage the end-to-end implementation cycle from project design & planning, business processes and functional requirements, UAT plans and scripts, status reports, project presentation, etc
- End-to-end People Systems management for the region including ensuring the smooth operations of existing systems, system upgrades & management of people data integrity
- Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports to inform decision-making, including but not limited to people demographics, turnover analytics, and performance & productivity
- Gather and manage large datasets from multiple sources, transforming or cleaning data as necessary to ensure data quality
- Reveal and uncover insights by exploring and mining structured and unstructured people data. Integrate data between systems and automate the data collection process as much possible
- Collaborate with HRBP and IT teams to ensure system functionality and data integrity
- Develop user training materials and delivery training to end-users
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Analytics, IT or a related field
- 3 plus years of relevant experience preferably on HR systems roll-out and implementation
- Experience in data processing, business analysis, or a related field an advantage
- Knowledge to Python, PowerBI or other data processing / automation tools
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
