Anaplan is looking for an expert Senior Manager, Product Management, AI to join the team to create and execute the AI & Analytics vision and strategy for the platform. Reporting to the Senior Director, Product Management, you will be required to go into our London a minimum of 2 days a week, and will be instrumental in the execution of our AI product and company strategy. Applicants should have an extensive Product Management background and real world experience of bringing various AI technologies to market that have a measured impact and tangible benefits for customers.

As the leader of the AI & Analytics stream, you will be responsible for shaping the cross-functional AI capabilities across the platform, the value it brings for our customers and the end to end go-to-market approach to enable better, faster decision making. Candidates will have a proven record of delivering AI products to market across ML, Linear Programming, Generative AI, descriptive and predictive analytics.This role requires an innovative leader with a deep understanding of AI and emerging technologies showing how this directly relates to adding business value to an enterprise organisation.

You should be a strategic thinker, and will be responsible for ensuring alignment of the AI & Analytics strategy and go-to-market approach with the company’s overall product vision and platform strategy. Candidates should have prior people management experience with a proven record of building high-calibre teams with strong operational effectiveness.

Your Impact 

  • Define, maintain, and execute a strategy for our AI suite of capabiltiies that aligns with the company’s overall product vision and market goals.
  • Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers, fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, and high performance while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. Set clear goals and expectations, delegate responsibilities effectively, and facilitate collaboration across product teams and other departments.
  • Oversee the product lifecycle from concept to launch and beyond, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams such as engineering, design, marketing, and sales. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products that meet customer requirements and drive business growth.
  • Effectively communicate plans through a culture of transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Continuously analyse market trends and competitive landscape to guide the strategic direction of our AI, planning and analysis capabilities and create compelling roadmaps to achieve our goals. Collaborate with, influence, and manage expectations of key stakeholders and senior leadership to ensure a consistent and coherent strategy.
  • Collaborate with the product management peers and align on a common set of objectives to elevate customer outcomes through more advanced end-to-end scenario modelling.
  • Engage with customers and partners to understand pain points and gaps in our current offering, and work closely with GTM and customer success teams to provide clarity on best practices and modelling approaches.
  • Define and build a roadmap for enterprise-scale AI and analytics capabilities to bring innovation & realised value to our customers.

Required Experienced 

  • Expert knowledge in a wide range of technologies across the domain of AI & Analytics, with proven experience of bringing AI & Analytical products to market that has measured customer value.
  • Strong understanding of the product management lifecycle and launching new products.
  • Proficiency in gathering and analysing market and customer insights.
  • Experience in creating and delivering go-to-market enablement material to drive consistency.
  • Ability to work in a matrix environment where some key contributors may report into a separate functional area.
  • A passion for building communities and enabling people.
