Purpose of the role: 

As a Senior Master Data Manager, you will play a pivotal role within our company. Your responsibilities will encompass strategic, leadership, and operational excellence.

You will collaborate in the implementation of the Master Data Roadmap for the following domains:

  • Supply Chain and Operations
  • Procurement
  • Sales
  • Finance

 

Your responsibilities: 

To develop Material Master Data (MD) standards and make Master Data as a real game changer for the company you will:

  • Capture the key business drivers to ensure Master Data roadmap is consistent,
  • Implement and follow-up the roadmap and keep track of the deliveries,
  • Define and implement a robust MD process with integrated systems to enhance efficiency and improve data quality,
  • Work in tight collaboration with Data governance to promote Master Data and build partnership with Business Process Owners,
  • Define with the support of the Business owners the MD rules and standards to make MD as an asset,
  • Develop KPIs to monitor Process efficiency, Data quality and accuracy,
  • Contribute to projects for which Master Data is identified as a key pillar from design to implementation phase for Trivium,
  • Ensure compliance with regulations,
  • Develop working instructions for ensuring data is accurately entered into the systems,
  • Ensure that Master Data Analysts are properly trained on Master Data procedures and related changes when it happens,
  • Identify growth opportunities, propose improvements to address business challenges and adapt to the market trends.

This role will suit you if you have the following:

  • Bachelor’s/Master degree in Accounting/ Finance/ Management (or equivalent)
  • 3+ years in similar role
  • Experience in Master Data Management
  • Experience in SAP
  • Fluent English
  • Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities and business acumen
  • Leadership experience
