Purpose of the role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst with a strong focus on Power BI reporting development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and optimizing Power BI reports to support our supply chain operations & road map. This role is crucial for providing data-driven insights that will help drive efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall supply chain performance for the EAA Divison.
Your responsibilities:
- Develop, design, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights into supply chain performance.
- Collaborate with supply chain leaders & cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements and translate them into effective data visualizations.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to supply chain operations, including inventory levels, OTIF, lead times, supplier performance, production plan adherance, logistics & master data.
- Ensure & drive data accuracy and integrity in Power BI reports by performing regular data validation and troubleshooting.
- Support supply chain decision-making processes with timely and relevant data analysis.
- Develop and maintain documentation for Power BI reports, including data sources, calculations, and methodologies.
- Train and support team members & cross functional stakeholders on the use of Power BI tools and reports.
- Stay updated with the latest Power BI features and best practices to continuously improve reporting capabilities.
This role will suit you if you have the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Analytics, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Ability to understand and translate business needs into Power BI reports and dashboards
- Proven experience with SAP MM PP Modules
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive meaningful insights.
- Proficiency in data visualization and data storytelling.
- Familiar with Data modeling.
- Familiarity with operations process including procurement, supply chain and logistics
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills in english, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with other data analysis tools and software is a plus.
