Job Description
EcoVadis Product and Solutions team, led by our Chief Solutions Officer, is responsible for overseeing the product strategy, solution roadmap, and cross-company coordination to drive commercial success of named products and add-ons. The Product and Solutions team develops scalable client solutions that enable all companies to effectively measure, manage and continuously improve their sustainable business practices. We provide industry-leading solutions for sustainability ratings, by evaluating & providing recommendations to improve environmental, social, ethical and procurement practices, while building a suite of solutions to help decarbonize supply chains around the world.
To further support the product growth and solution diversification strategy, we are strengthening our team through the recruitment of an experienced Senior Product Analyst. As a member of the Product Analytics team, you will contribute by analyzing product data and drawing actionable insights to help the product management team measure the performance of our solutions and make evidence-based decisions.
What you’ll be doing every day:

Collaborate: with product managers and the wider solutions team to understand their business needs, build impactful scalable analytical solutions, and guide decisions with meaningful product metrics

Data Deep Dives: into user & customer interactions with Ecovadis products, and apply statistical modeling techniques (& randomized experiments testing) to discover new trends & insights

Empower: the product org with meaningful product metrics and key findings to enable evidence-based decision making

Create: and improve interactive & scalable analytics data visualizations (in python or Tableau/pendo/hotjar) to tell powerful stories

Innovate: in cross-functional teams to accelerate our product diversification strategy, from product measurement ideation to post-launch monitoring & improvements

Challenge: your stakeholders, and yourself (!), to find truly smart & unique data solutions to business problems

Qualifications
Who you are

A professional with 3-5+ years experience in product analytics, or related (data engineering, data science, etc.)

A data lover at heart who loves diving deep into data (and databases!) to transform raw patterns into actionable stories

An initiative-taker that likes environments with responsibilities, and the space to express & act on your own ideas

An empathetic communicator that thrives in collaborative environments and want to set your peers for success

A curious learner who loves to work on business strategy (and understanding our user journeys) as well solving deeply technical challenges (and wrestling with our data lake)
What you need to succeed

Strong technical proficiency: building data visualization dashboards in Tableau, and transforming & analyzing data in Python

Solid SQL knowledge for extraction and transformation (because data rarely comes in its perfect ultimate form..)

Knowledge and direct experience working with product KPIs and common product analytics challenges (AB testing design/evaluation, user journey explorations, etc.)

Have a good knowledge in data structures, common methods in data transformation and data warehousing technologies

Great project management skills and ability to structure your work efficiently, gather stakeholder inputs, and maintain strong communication to delight stakeholders

Have an understanding of web and app analytics

Be fluent in English (as our primary working language)
