Job Summary
The Senior Product Data Analyst at Enable plays a critical role within the product management team, providing data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making. You are a subject matter expert in product analytics, demonstrating a passion for discovering insights, empowering teams and driving strategic decisions with data.
Collaborating closely with Product Leadership, you will translate business objectives into actionable insights, driving product innovation and optimizing performance. As a key partner to Product Management, you’ll enable meaningful insights through the product’s instrumentation. This role owns the collection and analysis of organizational data inputs, effectively communicating customer problems and opportunities to inform product strategy.
This role reports into the Manager of Product Operations and will be an essential part of the Product team.
What we are asking you to do!
- Partner closely with product managers to identify and measure the adoption and engagement behaviours of our products, using data and metrics to help them ask the right business questions
- Partner closely with product leadership to build and maintain product data dashboards for business performance, product adoption, user engagement and other success metrics.
- Be a data champion for our products and act as an interface between product, business, and technical teams.
- Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to collect non-product data into our systems, provide product data to other teams, and unify data sources where necessary.
- Own the product instrumentation process by refining and documenting procedures, training team members, and supervising instrumentation activities to ensure events are captured in-product correctly.
- Own the Product Analytics tool stack, assessing appropriate vendors, leading the transition to new tools and ensuring the company is trained and competent in using them.
- Provide thought leadership on product data instrumentation and requirements and help capture the right level of data early on in the product requirements phase.
- Proactively leverage product analytics/data to recognize patterns and trends to understand user behaviour and identify improvement opportunities.
- Develop, maintain & automate reporting processes to track product performance metrics and KPIs.

What we are asking you to bring!
- (Preferred) Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or Computer Science.
- 5+ years of experience in hands-on data analysis, preferably in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
- 3+ years of experience enabling data-driven decision-making within product teams, going beyond report generation to deliver actionable insights.
- Extensive experience collaborating with product managers and a deep understanding of product development processes.
- Ability to work independently, converting high-level goals and direction into valuable insights and outcomes in a cross-functional environment.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or other programming languages used for data analysis and manipulation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to draw actionable insights from complex datasets.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
- Problem-solving attitude, able to operate in environments that require creative workarounds with raw data sets.
- Mastery of Microsoft Excel.
