About the role:

As the Senior Product Manager, you will be at the forefront of developing innovative solutions utilizing AI/ML from concept to market that are a key pillar of delivering customer value that meet the needs of the business. You will be responsible for leading the strategy and development of AI and ML capabilities across the Unbounce product portfolio.  Collaboration with cross-functional teams is key to the success of the role  to discover, define, prioritize, implement, and deliver impactful, differentiated market solutions that unlock growth.

 

What you’ll be doing: 

  • Develop an innovative product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI/ML offerings. Bridge short-term execution and long-term vision to elevate Unbounce’s competitive differentiation
  • Conduct market research and discovery to identify customer problems and needs that achieve business goals and translate into requirements that accelerate business growth
  • Define & track key success metrics and the strategies that drive them in collaboration with Data & Engineering, Design, Product Analytics, Marketing, and Sales to learn, refine, and deliver new capabilities and improvements into our product pipeline
  • You inspire and influence those around you toward a shared objective by providing clear context and specification of customer problems to your teams. You ensure that their time is well spent on work that reflects customer and market needs. Enabling teams across all of Unbounce to maximize the value of your product portfolio
  • Lead cross-functional teams in the discovery, implementation, and delivery of high-quality data products
  • You’ll establish and maintain standards and processes to elevate Product Management as a mature practice. Collaborating closely with the Product team to roll out and maintain new tools, artifacts and best practices to ensure excellence within your craft
  • Prioritize product backlog and manage the development lifecycle of algorithms and models for data products
  • Translate complex technical details into clear, customer-centric product requirements 
  • Advocate for best practices in machine learning, AI, large language models and  evangelize Unbounce data products internally and externally

 

A little bit about you: 

  • 5+ years in SAAS product management experience with 2+ years managing and launching successful AI/ML products  
  • Possess a strong understanding of AI/ML/LLM technologies
  • You’re a self-starting Product Manager that thrives in ambiguity and is driven by solving customer problems that have impact on the business and have experience in SaaS product development
  • You have a proven track record of leading products from inception to scale collaborating with empowered technical and design teammates
  • You’re an empathetic individual who can place yourself in the lens of a user or potential customers; leveraging experiments, research, and data as a means of validating your assumptions and making recommendations
  • You focus on identifying and defining customer problems and backing it up with data-informed decisions. You can quickly and skillfully structure the means of validating or rejecting an opportunity 
  • You are a great communicator, and can speak to audiences across the business.  This shows up in your ability to tell a story focused around the customer and business impacts that motivate those around you toward a shared future vision
  • Strong background in data, analytics, and product development

  • $116,200 – $174,288

  • A digital-first, distributed working model with flexible hours — for this role, we will consider all applications from those based in Canada*, with the option to work from our Vancouver office
