We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy and roadmap for a new product line within the corporate travel and AI domains.

Your Impact:

  • Own our email/chat automation solution end-to-end from a product perspective including strategy and roadmap.
  • Maximize the coverage of types  of emails the solution can handle automatically
  • Define and prioritize product features and requirements, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery
  • Work directly with our clients as well as with our partners
  • Collaborate with business unit teams to understand their operational needs and identify new product opportunities
  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to impact product strategy and make data-driven decisions
  • Measure and report on the performance of products, and identify areas for improvement
  • Own backlog and its prioritization
  • Enable Sales on selling this solution, and guide them in terms of messaging, competitive features, limitations, etc.


About You as a product manager:

  • 5+ years of experience in product management
  • A proven track record of developing and launching successful SaaS products
  • Experience meeting clients (Director-level above) and conducting discovery calls
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams
  • A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, business, or engineering, is preferred.
  • Fluent English

About you as an AI  product manager (Let’s ensure that AI is more than just a buzzword for you.)

  • 2+ years of experience in product managing an automated chat/email bot product including : Intent identification
  • Conversational flow design
  • Monitoring and measuring bot performance
  • Implementing an LLM


  • Strategy experience
  • Outbound experience-advantage
  • Experience owning a P&L
  • Experience in the travel industry
  • Coming from a AI customer support automation platform
