The Position
As a Senior Professional at Novo Nordisk, your main responsibility will be to drive and optimize critical procedures on our Packaging Lines and define the strategy for reliable dataflow and line setup.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Completing documentation with a high level of detail as well as deep diving into the compliance aspect of the data collection and usage
  • Conducting audit trail reviews of critical dataflow
  • Driving high complexity deviations to secure delivery of our critical products
  • Systematic problem-solving as well as troubleshooting IT and automation problems
  • Setting direction, coach and drive complex issues in a systematic way 
  • Developing and training of less experienced Supporters

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you have:

  • A BSc or MSc Degree within Life Science, Automation Engineering, Data Science, or IT
  • At least 3 years of experience as a packaging professional with an interest in IT and Data flows, automation engineer or IT professional within GMP environment 
  • Experience working with Business Intelligence solutions and strong knowledge of Microsoft 365
  • Ability to write reports and documents with a high level of quality and attention to details
  • Professional proficiency in English; knowledge of Danish will be considered an advantage

 

Additionally, you are willing to support a production site in Kalundborg, which at times can be characterized by a very dynamic and demanding working environment.

 

On a personal level, you are naturally curious and diligent with the ability to quickly learn about complex processes and equipment. You have a sharp analytical sense, which makes it easy for you to pin-point challenges and see connection between processes, materials, and equipment. Lastly, you possess excellent communication skills, and you can build relations cross-functionally and globally.

 

About the department
The Professional position is based in IFP, Kalundborg, a dynamic and fast-paced department. You will be part of the support team in Finished Production in Kalundborg. Here we support the operation of packaging lines, optimize the processes and ensure the equipment is in a validated condition.
