Job Description

We are evolving and elevating our People shared services function and are seeking an experienced Sr Analyst Process Improvement and Data Analytics to be a part of our newly formed Solutions Excellence Team. This position will play a key role in ensuring the experiences and services we deliver within our People Solutions function are designed, delivered, and maintained at the highest levels of efficiency and effectiveness. We want our shared service function to run like a business and treat our employees like customers.

The Sr Analyst will support the team in collecting and analyzing data and providing meaningful insights that enable informed decision making. They will help in identifying key issues and pain points and working with the stakeholders in driving improvements that help our fulfilment team improve efficiency, enhance the employee experience, and create capacity for scale. They will partner with key stakeholders and employee base across the People Solutions team to assess, measure and optimize processes with fit for purpose solutions that deliver continuous improvements across the enterprise. This newly created role will help us accelerate delivery on our transformation objectives of operating with a high degree of efficiency and delivering best in class employee experiences and building process optimization capabilities in the People Solutions organization. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborates with key individuals and stakeholders in the People Solutions teams to understand challenges and helps coordinate process improvement projects and activities that will result in faster speed, better quality, and improved employee experience.
  • Problem Solving: Leads problem-solving and process improvement projects by working with team members and business stakeholders to map current state, define future state, identify gaps and make improvement recommendations.
  • Continuous Improvement: Implements best practices and drives a culture of continuous improvement within the People Solutions teams using a data driven approach.
  • Performance Metrics: Supports the development and monitoring for key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of service delivery and making data-driven decisions to enhance quality and efficiency.
  • Data Analytics: Analyzes data from various sources (internal systems, feedback from key stakeholders, and customers) draws meaningful insights and proposes informed decision-making based on findings.
  • Reporting: Assists with research, analysis, and preparation of quarterly reports on trends, new initiatives/services and current program goals and progress.
  • Project Management: Coordinates project activities to ensure alignment and transparency on progress, manages timelines and communicates effectively with stakeholders to escalate risks and issues.
  • Compliance: Adheres to all regulatory standards and compliance with relevant laws and regulations and that quality control standards are met.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
• 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD
• Experience with Data Analytics, development of KPIs’ (key performance indicators) & performance scorecards
• Strong working knowledge of Excel (ideally power user)
• Lean Six Sigma and/ or prior process improvement experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
• 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
• Prior experience in data analysis and analytics using Tableau, Power BI or other similar data analytics tools
• Excel power user with experience in analyzing complex data sets, creating complex pivot tables, slicers etc.
• Prior experience in process improvement and leading continuous improvement projects
• Experience in collaborating with stakeholders from various functional areas and managing projects
• Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher) strongly preferred.
• Prior project management experience
• Familiarity with process mapping tools (e.g., Visio) preferred.
• Experience with data analytics in Workday and Service Now
• Ability to work independently and be able to perform well in areas of ambiguity
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with a proactive problem-solving attitude

Additional Information

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting.  The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 86,600.00 to 125,500.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
