RESPONSIBILITIES:
Incident Management:
• Responsible for driving incident resolution with full ownership (post-triage team) for designated customer groups.
• Monitor and communicate incident and service requests impacts and trends related to assigned customer groups.
Operations Management:
• Perform routine system monitoring, and verify the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems, and key processes, review system and application logs, and verify completion of scheduled jobs such as backups.

• Participate in testing of new technologies for impact analysis and transition to ongoing operations.

• Support reliable and stable data management, security, backup, restoration, archiving, andreplication.

Partner with Global platform teams to ensure continuous alignment of platform operating models with USBU needs, as well as an integrated approach to any issue resolution.
• Support the Commercial Operations and franchise teams for data related questions, analysis and reporting related to commercial ecosystem and related interfaced systems

AND QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent training is required
• 7+ years of experience in Information Technology, 3-5 yrs. strong focus on delivery and operations.
• Proven competences in stakeholder alignment, business need analysis, customer focus, and result focus, delivery.
• Prior experience working with and managing third-party service providers required.
• Using Incident and Problem Management Tools, Methods, & Best Practices.
• Following Compliance, Security, and Risk Mgmt. Policies & Procedures. Technical and functional skills
• Subject matter expert in data processing technologies, information management, analysis, and methodologies, such as: o Reltio, Databricks, AWS S3, Redshift, Python, MuleSoft, Informatica IICS/PowerCenter, BDM, JSON, Salesforce, Oracle, SQL, Tidal, GlobalScape o Visualization technologies: Qlik, and Tableau o Real-time/near real time expertise including MuleSoft and IICS
• Familiarity with data in the pharmaceutical space (i.e., IQVIA, Medpro, PDRP, Specialty Pharma, Symphony Claims, DRG, call activity, samples, fingertip formulary, revenue management, gross to net, predictive modeling, product, and sales)
• Strong knowledge and expertise with Commercial data ecosystem processes and platforms – CRM, MDM, Omnichannel Marketing, data warehouse, Field Sales Reporting, Alignment/Targeting and Incentive Compensation.
• Conceptual knowledge of data and analytics, such as dimensional modeling, ETL, reporting tools, data governance, data warehousing, structured and unstructured data
