About the role – you will:

 

  • Translate all equipment down time (OEE) into analytical data and data presentation.

  • Build and maintain end-to-end data pipelines.

  • Build data cleaning methods, pre-process, and do data analytics.

  • Build Methods, Algorithms and solutions for Preventive maintenance predictions, target lifetime consumption.

  • Build methods for Scheduled maintenance duration prediction based on AI.

  • Able to interpret Phyton codes, data sources and maintain website.

  • Participate in cross functional team to define data process flow and analytics solution.

  • Work closely with cross functional teams for continuous improvement and Machine learning AI

  • Work on AI projects for productivity and down time reduction

  • Maintain and sustain data integrity for OEE and monitoring for sputtering equipment’s.

About you:

 

  • Degree / Diploma in Computer science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Computation

  • Competency in Data visualization tools like Tableau, power BI

  • SQL Knowledge

  • Programming or scripting language like Python, Java, R.

  • Ability to break down complex concepts and technical findings to simple visual data.

  • Ability to Maintain distributed architecture.

  • Leadership skill and able to work under minimum supervision.

Your experience includes:

 

  • At least 3 -5 years of working experience in the field of Software development.

  • Proficiency in Data pipeline and database development.

  • Hands on experience in Front end.

  • Big Data analysis.

Location:

Our Woodlands site is one of the largest electronics manufacturing sites in Singapore, housing our recording media operations. Spread over three sites, it is easily accessible via bus or from the MRT Station, with many employees taking mass transportation to work.
