This work requires partnership with all parts of our organization and other Finance teams as well as many areas across the company such as Technology, CIMA, Commercial, and LOB teams.

We are seeking an analytical, technical, and diligent individual who has curiosity to proactively identify, evaluate, and communicate business performance using data-driven insights. The ideal candidate should be a self-starter with superior analytical and data mining skills who can demonstrate highly complex datasets to deliver concise analytics applying various visualization techniques. • Become an expert in multiple analytics platforms and languages, serving as the owner for testing data integrity after system changes and communicating across business and technical teams to ensure no end-user disruption
  • Prepare insightful and flexible ongoing and ad-hoc reports to identify, evaluate, and communicate business trends and key metrics, clearly representing the story and key takeaways to Senior Leaders
  • Work collaboratively with other team members and people throughout the organization to understand opportunities for new process implementation and current process improvement
  • Utilize strong communication and influencing skills – must be comfortable providing a point of view to a variety of audiences
  • Manage and prioritize multiple tasks independently in a fast-paced environment

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Exceptional partnering skills and ability to work in a team environment with a positive demeanor
