Job Summary
This position is responsible for facilitating test data requirements that support both product and end to end data needs. Communication and coordination are essential between business stakeholders, product delivery teams, Vendors, and can incorporate test data management capabilities. Must demonstrate a high level of domain knowledge for complex assignments that cross multiple products and phases of testing. This role will work with business and technical roles to ensure User Stories and acceptance criteria include adequate and comprehensive data needs. Communication skills must be strong by actively participating in Agile ceremonies, iterative planning, and able to communicate with Sr Business Partners.
Required Job Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s Degree and 5 years Information Technology experience OR Technical Certification and/or College Courses and 7 years Information Technology experience OR 9 years Information Technology experience.
* Technical expertise regarding data models, data flow diagrams and database design development
* Experience in Tools (JIRA, qTest, HP ALM) other QA and testing tools.
* Experience in advanced technologies testing including test automation.
* Experience in application and infrastructure integration.
* Experience in ITIL.
* Work in an agile/scrum environment, meeting sprint commitments and contributing to the agile process.
* Test planning: cross product coordination, risk-based test planning.
* Testing knowledge including but not limited to functional, regression, non-functional, etc.
* Problem Management / Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
* Detail oriented, Problem Solver, Analytical Thinker, embraces Teamwork and Collaboration.
* Excellent communication skills
Preferred Job Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
* Ability to incorporate data needs for cross-functional execution.
* Knowledge of Test Data Management tools (Informatica, Optium, Delphix)
* Knowledge of various database technologies (DB2, Teradata, Oracle 10g/11g, SQL server, Big data/Hadoop)
* Good understanding of data masking/scrubbing/obfuscation techniques
* Experience in creation of excel macros and SQL data mining
* Domain expertise (Healthcare: Payer)
