The mission of the Supply Network Innovation Intern is to:

  • Influence decisions from daily ones through to strategic ones, made across functions, at all levels of leadership in a meaningful and impactful way.
  • Build the next generation of Supply Chain advanced algorithms, using:
    • Mathematical Modeling Techniques: decision analysis, optimization (preferred), machine learning, simulation etc.;
    • Programming languages (at least one of these): Python (preferred), SQL, R, Hive/Impala, MATLAB, etc.;
    • (Optional) Data Visualization:  Power BI, Tableau, etc
  • Work in an agile team to translate your ideas into robust, scaled, analytical solutions;
  • Communicate insights from complex data or algorithms into simple conclusions that will empower others to act based on the insights you derive;
  • Belong to an award-winning Supply Chain Innovation team that is global in scope and operates across P&G’s warehouses.

Job Qualifications

You are the right fit if you:

  • Are currently pursuing a Master’s degree or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Engineering, Statistics, Operation Research, Decision Sciences, Computer Science, Applied Math, Economics, Data Science, etc.);
  • Have strong analytical skills and proficiency in at least one programming language (R, Python, SQL, etc.) or family of techniques (optimization, simulation, machine learning, predictive modeling, etc.);
  • Are adaptable and able to handle multiple priorities effectively, both independently and as part of a collaborative team;
  • Are proficient in English, both written and spoken.
