System Health Solutions Business Intelligence Analyst

The System Health Solutions Business Intelligence Analyst will provide business analytics support to the System Health Solutions Value-Based Care team including Health Plans and Population Health.  The role will consist of working with end customers to determine business analytics needs and creating the identified needs in the form of dashboards and business analysis.  The role is expected to be able to actively collaborate with their business owners, create needed analytics and dashboards, and present results/findings regularly to leadership of the different Value-Based care teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Effectively applies IU Health’s Business Intelligence systems to provide timely, accurate, and reliable reporting information useful for decision making purposes.
  • Provides data analysis support, data validation, and may assist in investigating identified business inefficiencies to assist in development of improvement recommendations. 

PREFERRED:

  • Mathematics, Business, Healthcare, or Technical Degree. 
  • Strong critical thinking skills.  
  • Strong presentation skills.  
  • Experience using data to draw conclusions and recommendations.  
  • Microsoft SQL and PowerBI experience.

REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • 0-3 years of experience required.
  • Requires proficiency in MS Excel and Access.
