Job Requirements

Who is QuEST? Our goal is to become the most recognized and trusted global engineering partner for our customers—Fortune 500 companies in the Aerospace, Medical Devices, Oil & Gas, Power, and Transportation industries. We know we can find solutions to their most important technical and business challenges they encounter. We aren’t consultants. We help them make their products the most competitive in the world and that’s how we’ve grown to over 11,000 problem solvers from 50 centers around the world. We aspire to be a 100-year company, which doesn’t mean staid and boring, but rather, we evolve and adapt to create the frontier of the engineering services industry.

Our Culture: We just crossed the 25-year mark, and despite remarkable growth, we have maintained a culture of empowerment at all levels—what we call intrapreneurial. You will be part of the decision making to drive continuous improvements so we can stay happy and healthy as a business in a challenging industry. Not everyone is a great fit. We will throw you into the deep end (with lots of support), but if you want to swim, you have much opportunity. We’re not a place where laziness, ego, or rigid thinking fit in, and that’s intentional. You can do more at this company than you can in twice the time anywhere else. We accelerate success; you control the throttle and hold the yoke.

The Team: Teamcenter Migration is our customer’s organization responsible for migrating legacy customer documents and facilities to new customer standards and operating procedures. This team also functions as a training department for facility workers to learn and understand the systems that the customer is using to better align with their business needs.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Interface between Program Management (quest), customers, and other key stakeholders (suppliers/vendors)
  • Perform analysis on EWI (Engineering work instructions) and other customer documentation to prepare for migration events
  • Heavy use of Teamcenter and Excel to perform tasks
  • Assist in Migration Events with customer and stakeholders
  • Provide training to shop floor workers at various facilities post completion of a migration event
  • Provide continued support (Go-live) once migration events are completed to ensure smooth transition of assets and documentation
  • Use of Automation to drive deliverables and decrease turn around times

Work Experience

Qualifications:

  • Associates or Bachelors degree in relevant field (supply chain, Advance Manufacturing, Data Analytics, Automation etc) or equivalent in work experience and on the job trainings
  • Must be able to work in a fast paced, high stress environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft office suite with a heavy focus on Excel
  • Experience with Teamcenter (or other Technical Data Management systems) is preferred but not required
  • Background in any programming languages is a bonus skill
  • Able to work in a remote setting is required

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience with Aerospace products or related products valued
  • Displays strong analytical skills including data query writing and development
  • Demonstrated capacity to meet aggressive deadlines while achieving excellent business results
  • Exhibits successful ability with indirect leadership of diverse teams deploying complex processes
  • Shows very strong written and oral communication skills to all stakeholders
  • Established ability to manage multiple complex projects at once
  • Experience working in multicultural environments and with others of diverse backgrounds preferred

Personal Qualities:

  • Superior communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent business management and developmental skills
  • Financial management skills
  • Team/management skills and organizational skills
  • Ability to resolve conflicting situations
  • Computer or technical knowledge
  • Effective problem-solving skills
