VIP Data Analyst
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst for VIP segment analysis in iGaming. Key tasks include collecting, analysing VIP data, identifying trends, and proposing strategies for ROI and growth. Proficiency in R/Python, SQL, and strong analytical skills required. The role involves keeping informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in data analytics so as to drive continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean and analyse VIP segment specific data and translate it into potential ROI and VIP growth opportunities.
- Identify patterns, trends, and anomalies in VIP player behaviour and game performance to inform business strategies and decision-making.
- Develop and maintain existing VIP reports and dashboards to communicate key insights and performance metrics to the business.
- Conduct ad-hoc data analysis to support VIP team and business inquiries and be able to identify areas for optimisation.
- Assist in the definition of algorithms and clusters on VIP and Potential VIP reports.
- Develop reports with understandable data insights and proposals of algorithms based on individual player behaviour.
- Identify automation opportunities that will optimise current VIP data management and reporting for the business.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis within the e-com environment, preferably in the iGaming industry.
- Proficiency in R or Python, as well as SQL language.
- Experience with data visualization tools in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to manipulate and analyze raw data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality in data analysis and reporting.
