Responsibilities:

Business Interaction:

1. End-to-end reporting development, from data sources to visualization in Celonis;
1.1. Data analysis in source systems (MS, PostgreSQL, Sybase, Oracle, Elastic, Kafka, Click, etc.), even with partial or no expertise available;
1.2. ETL process development and optimization (Python, IBM DataStage) to transfer data to the analytical database (PostgreSQL) from various systems (over 30 sources, including DWH, Kafka, and files);
1.3. Script versioning in Bitbucket and within databases;
1.4. Creation of data marts;
1.5. Process and product reporting development in Celonis;
1.6. Creation of automated email distributions (reports, data failure messages, notifications for specific employees);
2. Weekly task planning and prioritization with stakeholders, working in sprints of 1-2 weeks;
3. Presentation of results, including to senior management;

System Infrastructure and Support:

Lead in passing acceptance tests for the implementation of Power BI and Proceset into the corporate IT system (from idea to Information Security Department approval);
Lead for integrating JS trackers into the Corporate Ecosystem (corporate internet banking). Collaboration with vendors and development teams;
Participation in acceptance tests for data source systems integration;
Conducting technical interviews (Data Engineer, BI Analyst);
Transition to a new ETL infrastructure: Python, IBM DataStage -> Apache Airflow, Apache NiFi, Spark Streaming (Project completion by the end of 2024).

- Developing analytical dashboards and Process Analysis solutions in Celonis, Power BI and Apache Superset
- End-to-end solutions to create online dashboards on Celonis, using data from different sources: Kafka, Sybase Server Enterprise, PostgreSQL, MSSQL
- Creation and optimization of the ETL pipelines using Apache Airflow, Apache Spark, Python and IBM Data Stage
- Data storage and data delivery architecture
- Banking process digitization
- Configured versioning of SQL and Python scripts using GitHub (bitbucket)

The target audience: Territorial heads of additional offices of the bank, retail product managers, retail Management, sales managers
1.1. All retail banking products plans and KPI's (debit and credit cards, cash, mortgage, mobile app, investments, deposits and savings accounts, etc.).
1.2. Analytics of different processes like electronic queue, crm banners, simple electronic signature, references and extracts, clients claims and employee work process in bank systems.
1.3. Full funnel from electronic queue -> CRM -> Speech analytics -> applications -> sales (including different scenarios)
Corporative business (development):
1. Process analytics of corporative banking products. Current work is Electronic bank guarantee analytics.
