Identify, analyze, and resolve issues related to MTN application functionality, database errors, and
workflow disruptions. Collaborate with end-users and technical teams to resolve issues promptly.
 Create, modify, and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and triggers to improve ERP
performance and accuracy, ensuring data integrity and minimizing response times.
 Manage Oracle Workflow configurations, including designing, deploying, and troubleshooting workflows
to ensure smooth business process automation across the ERP system.
 Conduct regular database health checks, performance monitoring, and tuning of SQL databases to prevent
potential issues, optimize performance, and ensure high availability.
 Perform in-depth analysis of recurring issues to identify root causes, and document resolutions,
workflows, and troubleshooting guides for future reference and knowledge sharing.
 Work closely with business analysts, developers, and IT teams to understand business requirements,
provide input on system improvements, and support ERP upgrades or migrations.
