Job Description
• Data Planning and Report Optimization: Develop and update telemarketing data in SAS EG based on business needs; create and optimize reports related to business systems, incentive programs, and KPI tracking to improve efficiency.
• Performance Tracking and Dashboard Enhancement: Monitor the performance of telemarketing lists, products, quality, and training projects; implement and improve dashboards to help the sales team quickly identify issues.
• Telemarketing Portal Management: Manage and maintain the telemarketing portal, set access permissions based on organizational hierarchy, and design independent query systems in line with the IS Model data segmentation.
• Administrative Support: Perform other administrative tasks related to business support.
1. Education: Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Statistics or a related field.
2. Experience: Over 6 years in the financial insurance industry; experience with telemarketing operations is a plus.
3. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Office software, advanced skills in Excel, and experience with Access is advantageous.
4. Data Processing Skills: Strong development capabilities in SAS EG and Tableau are required.
5. Work Ethic: Able to work independently with a proactive and flexible attitude.
