The purpose of this role is to ensure the successful development and delivery of technology driven products by acting as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders. Key aspects of this role include: Requirement definition, prioritization, stakeholder communication, cross functional alignment, data management and analysis.
Trainings and Learning Offerings/Sources:
- Workshops and bootcamps – intensive programs that focus on data analysis and agile methodologies
- Real world experience working under seasoned product managers to gain practical insights and skills
- Online Courses – Platforms like LinkedIn learning offer courses that include practical assignments and projects
What will your individual contribution at Haleon be?
- Communication: Interact with team members, developers, designers and other stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates
- Sprint Planning: Assist in sprint planning meetings, helping to define goals and allocate tasks for development team
- Documentation / Project Management: Write and maintain product documentation, including user stories, acceptance criteria and product specs. Prepare weekly status reports.
- Utilize tools like Jira for task tracking and project management
- Requirement Gathering: Collect and document detailed product requirements, ensuring clarity and feasibility for development teams
- Data Analysis: Utilize tools like MS Power BI to analyze and track product performance, derive insights and inform future product decisions

To enable you to perform in this future talent opportunity:
Education required:
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in data science, computer science, statistics, mathematics or related field.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies within product management
- Coursework or academic projects demonstrating proficiency in data analysis, statistics, and/or machine learning is a plus
Technical skills:
- Programming languages: Proficiency in languages such as Python, R, SQL for data management and analysis is a plus
- Analysis tools: Power BI, Tableau or other Viz tools
- Analytical skills: Ability to analyze large datasets and derive insights that inform business decisions
Soft skills:
- Communication: Ability to explain technical findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
- Collaboration: Ability to work well in a team environment, collaborating with tech teams, analysts and business teams
- Adaptability: Willingness to learn new tools, technologies and methodologies in a dynamic filed
Other requirements:
- Candidate must be eligible to work on a full-time basis (40 hours a week) during the Internship duration (12 weeks).
- Provide your own funding for relocation and commuting.
- This role is onsite at our Warren, NJ location.
- Candidate must be eligible to work in the US at the time of, and for the duration of, their employment. Employees will be required to furnish evidence of US work authorization.
Compensation for this role is $24.50/hour.
