The Opportunity
Adobe is looking for a Machine Learning Engineer who will participate in various stages of the machine learning pipeline, including data collection, cleaning, preparation, model training and fine-tuning, and evaluation. You will have the opportunity to learn, grow, and apply your knowledge in ML projects. This entry-level role is ideal for those eager to develop their skills and contribute to exciting projects while being mentored by senior ML and Research engineers. What You’ll Do

Contribute to the design and development of Machine Learning technologies for text, image, audio, and video, with a focus on Generative AI.

Work closely with engineers, researchers, and product managers to implement ML solutions for our Adobe products.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including machine learning engineers, research engineers, and product management, to contribute to new ML features.

Be comfortable building models leveraging large data

Preprocess, clean, organize, and evaluate datasets as needed for model training and evaluation.

Evaluate model performance and improve accuracy.

Maintain detailed documentation of data processing, model development, testing, and integration.

What You Need to Succeed

BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience required

Proficient in one or more programming languages such as Python, Java, C++

Experience with ML frameworks such as SparkML, TensorFlow, PyTorch

Knowledge and experience with the entire ML training pipeline (data collection, training and evaluation)

Experience in Large Language Models (LLM), Transformer Models, Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, Data Science

Good verbal and written communication skills

Good time management and organizational skills

Self-motivated, self-starter, quick learner, independent, love of learning
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $81,300 — $159,500 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
