Salary – £33,120 

 

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and ambitious Team Leader to play a pivotal role to manage the Red Card Team in providing support to Client & Customers. Ensuring all administration procurement activities and contracts are delivered professionally to time.

 

Key Accountabilities

  • Management of Technical Administrators, including safety and wellbeing requirements of the team
  • Providing Support to the PPM Team
  • Managing and rolling out any new processes
  • Promote a consistent, positive, and caring customer experience
  • Champion continuous improvement activities
  • Build Good Relationships with Service Providers
  • Client & Customer liaison

 

You should have a proven record in administration of a planned and maintenance environment and be highly motivated with a passion to succeed. You should be able to identify opportunities for advancing the organisation’s mission while maintaining an awareness of the business areas and associated risk.

 

Essential Skills/ Qualifications

  • Intermediate/Advanced Excel & Microsoft packages – Proficient use – including Vlookups, Pivot Tables, Trackers
  • The ability to create and display weekly/ monthly performance dashboards
  • Customer/Client Interaction
  • Leading a team of administrators
  • Rolling out new processes
  • Experience of working accurately to timescales and providing customer service excellence
  • Experience of working accurately to deadlines in a pressurised environment
  • English and Mathematics GCSE A-C standard
