Your Mission

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our AI & Analytics group. This role is integral to driving the development and execution of AI-powered products and analytics solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, a deep understanding of AI technologies, a passion for data driven insights, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into market-leading products. 

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product roadmap for AI & Analytics solutions, aligning with company goals and market needs. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data science, engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support to bring products from conception to launch. 
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the AI and analytics space. 
• Work closely with data scientists, analysts and engineers to define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure technical feasibility. 
• Develop and implement go-to-market strategies, ensuring products meet user needs and achieve commercial success. 
• Monitor product performance, gather feedback from users and stakeholders, and iterate quickly to enhance product offerings. 
• Stay abreast of advancements in AI, machine learning, and analytics technologies to continually innovate and improve our product portfolio. 

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. A Master’s degree or higher is a plus. 
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the fintech sector and managing payment products. 
• Experience with product analytics and data analytics. 
• Experience working with diverse teams and stake holders including R&D, analytics and business units. 

• Strong understanding of AI and machine learning technologies, data analytics, and their application in solving business problems. 
• Proven track record of developing and launching successful products. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical teams. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision making. 
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple projects and priorities.
