Overview:
Upper Hand is seeking a dynamic and energetic AI & Data Science Business Analyst to join our team! This role offers the unique opportunity to work directly with our CEO and AI team, translating complex data science and AI insights into clear, actionable business recommendations for our clients. If you love turning data into stories, enjoy presenting, and have a passion for technology and analytics, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do:
- Act as the client-facing communicator, presenting data science findings and AI insights to business stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the AI team to interpret data and translate technical insights into business-driven strategies.
- Create impactful presentations using Google Slides, Keynote, or similar tools to convey key findings.
- Use business analytics tools to analyze data, create reports, and derive actionable insights.
- Assist in developing strategies that align data science projects with business goals and client needs.
- Lead data dictionary documentation for clients to align both external and internal teams
- Work closely with the CEO on high-impact projects, contributing directly to client engagement and strategy.
Who You Are:
- You have experience or a knack for being a strong communicator and presenter, with a talent for simplifying complex concepts for a non-technical audience.
- You’re enthusiastic, energetic, and thrive in a client-facing role.
- You have hands-on experience with business analytics tools like Excel, Google Analytics, or similar platforms.
- You’re skilled in creating visually compelling presentations using tools like Google Slides, Keynote, or PowerPoint.
- You’re passionate about data science and AI and understand how these technologies drive business outcomes.
- You work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and are eager to take ownership of projects.
- Education in Business, Data Science, Analytics, or related fields is a plus.
- 1 to 3 years experience working with data and analysis in a client facing role
