Job Title: Senior AI Engineer

Compensation: $175,000 – $190,000 base salary

Location: Full-time onsite

About the Role:

This is a high-impact opportunity to join a central AI Enablement team responsible for shaping how AI is built, deployed, and scaled across a large global engineering organization. Operating as a “hub” within a hub-and-spoke model, this team defines the platforms, frameworks, and standards that power AI adoption across 800+ engineers.

You’ll focus on building production-grade AI systems, not prototypes – developing reusable agentic capabilities and RAG pipelines that are embedded directly into enterprise products. This role combines hands-on engineering with cross-functional influence, working closely with multiple business units to standardize and accelerate AI adoption at scale.

What You’ll Do:

• Build and deploy production-ready agentic AI systems across multiple product lines
• Develop and scale RAG pipelines over internal codebases and documentation
• Contribute to a multi-agent framework (LangChain / LangGraph or similar)
• Partner with distributed engineering teams to drive adoption and standardize AI patterns
• Establish best practices for GenAI system design, evaluation, and deployment
• Collaborate with platform and DevOps teams to ensure scalability, reliability, and security
• Help evolve internal AI tooling and developer workflows across the organization

What You’ll Bring:

• Strong experience in enterprise software engineering with production-scale systems
• Proven track record of shipping GenAI features into production environments
• Advanced proficiency in Python
• Hands-on experience with RAG, vector databases, and agent-based architectures
• Deep familiarity with modern AI tooling (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic, Copilot, etc.)
• Ability to work cross-functionally and engage stakeholders across engineering teams
• Strong understanding of system performance, security, and software quality
