GDI&A Tech is looking for a Product Manager that embraces lean and agile practices focused on AI/ML and GenAI technologies. This role will work with small, cross-functional teams collaborating with business partners, software engineers, technical anchors and designers to ensure early & frequent releases of the products. 

  • Work closely with GDI&A Partners to understand their product vision and break it down into an actionable backlog of user stories for the engineering development team.
  • Work hands-on with the development team and other stakeholders to prioritize, plan, and deliver software and infrastructure that meets client requirements.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies with the product team and working sessions with the stakeholder group(s).  
  • Help GDI&A Partners understand our iterative development approach and focus on delivering a Minimum Viable Product through careful and deliberate prioritization.
  • Focus on delivering product value through careful and deliberate prioritization.
  • Mentor and train other PMs to help them learn agile methods and build skills.
  • Identify potential success stories and share with communications team.
  • Help innovate and iterate on agile PM processes and share our learnings.
  • Grow technical capabilities / expertise and provide guidance to other members on the team. 
  • Mentor and train other Software Engineers to help them learn agile methods and build skills.

Required Skills:

  • English proficiency (written and verbal)
  • 3+ years of Software Product Management, Business Analyst, or Solution Architecture or experience.
  • 2+ years’ experience with CA Agile Central (Rally) or similar Agile Tools.
  • 1+ years of experience defining and prioritizing product features with software engineers.
  • 1+ years of experience with Lean methodology.
  • Ability to lead teams, understand and rapidly learn technical acumen in AI/ML space, gather requirements, understand the customer, come up with solutions.
  • Basic understanding or desire to learn Machine Learning tools and technologies. 
  • Strong leadership and communication skills and the ability to teach others.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with others and navigate complex decision making.
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate well with engineers, designers, and Business Partners.
  • Previous success working with an Agile development team.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills and the ability to teach others.   

Desired Skills:

  • Experience in delivering machine learning software products using iterative approach.
  • Experience with Machine Learning / Deep Learning Models / Python.
  • Background in design or software development.
  • Experience with Test-Driven Development, Paired Programming. 
  • Experience defining product vision, strategy, product roadmaps and creating managing backlogs.
  • Experience articulating and validating product hypotheses.
