Your mission:
We are seeking an experienced AI Ops / ML Ops Lead to partner with business leadership and drive technology innovation, focusing on data strategy, cloud architecture, and AI/ML model development. This role will require expertise in prompt engineering, performance evaluation, model optimization, monitoring, and business integration.

We are seeking an experienced AI Ops / ML Ops Lead to partner with business leadership and drive technology innovation, focusing on data strategy, cloud architecture, and AI/ML model development. This role will require expertise in prompt engineering, performance evaluation, model optimization, monitoring, and business integration.

Research, recommend, design, and develop data strategy and cloud architecture.

Shape enterprise data architecture design patterns, design principles, and best practices enhancing business solution delivery.

Consult with various teams to determine and refine AI/ML objectives enabled by MLOps.

Participate in development of enterprise strategy for AI/ML model development, training, deployment, operations and security.
Gen AI-Specific Responsibilities:

Prompt Engineering, Design, and Optimization: Design well-optimized prompts to ensure models provide high-quality outputs and build user trust. Apply best practices for prompt engineering, techniques such as ReAct, RAG, and chain of thought.

Performance and System Evaluation: Help customers design and deploy an evaluation framework tailored to their applications and build mechanisms for automated evaluation metrics using tools like AutoSxS and GenAI Eval.

Model Optimization and Continuous Tuning: Provide solutions and managed services for optimizing and tuning models based on human feedback and benchmarking. Improve system architecture and model selection, reduce latency and costs, and incorporate the latest APIs and tools to orchestrate and build AI agents.

Monitoring and Observability: Help customers build observability solutions to constantly monitor operations and performance of their gen AI applications.

Business Integration and Testing: Assist customers in planning and setting up a scalable and secure environment on AWS Cloud, designing APIs for efficient model interactions, and implementing rigorous unit, integration and load testing.
Leadership Responsibilities:

Lead technology proof of concepts and benchmarks to ensure feasibility of architecture solutions.

Tailor communication to convey complex ideas concisely to diverse audiences and venues.

Mentor architects, engineers, and inspire and lead senior technical individual contributors.

Drive culture of standardization in data transformation.
Requirements

Master’s degree with a strong orientation in Data, AI/ML, cloud computing, and software development.

Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role, with expertise in Gen AI ML Ops.

Experience deploying applications in AWS and AWS Bedrock for AI implementation.

Strong background in AI/ML, cloud computing and software development.

Understanding of data security and data access controls and design aspects.

Display strong thought leadership in pursuit of modern architecture principles and technology modernization.

Ability to suggest innovative solutions based on new technologies and latest trends.

Excellent leadership and communication skills, with experience in mentoring architects, engineers, and leading senior technical individual contributors.
