This position is eligible for remote work at the present time. The arrangement may be delayed for training or other job acclimation purposes and remains subject to change.
Your Responsibilities
As a AI Product Manager, Customer Success for Aftermarket & Customer Support, you will:
- Identifying AI use cases and developing & implementing AI solutions
- Manages the development, launch, and ongoing improvement of AI products.
- Designs and implements the technical infrastructure for AI solutions.
- Execute AI projects to drive scalable customer success interventions across Deere, dealers and customers.

What Skills You Need
- Cross group collaboration with technical and business teams at all levels within Deere.
- Ability to apply agile best practices to driving a a customer success roadmap through to production.
- Advanced technical abilities in understanding and implementing AI strategy.
- Knowledge of Deere data and architecture capabilities
What Makes You Stand Out
- Communication skills both verbal, written and technical architecture.
- Understanding of core business principals and application at Deere.
- Technical authority on AI capabilities present and future.
Education
Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:
- BS or greater in Computer or Software Engineering.
- Evidence of lifelong learning post graduate.
