Description
The AI Product Owner is responsible for leading and managing the development and implementation of AI-driven products within our organization. She/He will play a crucial role in driving the roadmap for AI initiatives. Responsibilities include defining product requirements, managing product backlog, delivering AI linguistic services and engaging with customers. The AI Product Owner will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and designers, to develop innovative AI solutions. They will oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and post-launch monitoring.

Responsibilities
· Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring that all features align with the immediate needs of the project and contribute effectively to team goals.
· Define and refine user stories, acceptance criteria and specifications in close collaboration with engineering and data science teams.
· Lead sprint planning and review sessions to ensure clarity of direction and effective team workflows.
· Monitor development progress, identify potential bottlenecks, and make adjustments to the product backlog as necessary.
· Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of product functionalities and timelines.
· Ensure product quality by defining clear testing criteria in collaboration with quality assurance teams and adhering to best practices in continuous integration and deployment.
· Gather feedback from end-users and stakeholders to continuously refine product functionality and usability.
· Stay updated on AI technologies, applying this knowledge to enhance product delivery and effectiveness.
Requirements
· Proven experience as a Product Owner in a technology-driven environment, preferably with a focus on AI or machine learning products.
· Knowledge of Streamlit and Python is considered a plus, as being able to build POCs or prototypes to demonstrate the AI linguistic services applied to some use cases is highly desirable.
· Understanding of AI technologies, including natural language processing, OCR, Automated Speech Recognition.
· Deep understanding of agile development methodologies, such as Scrum, and a strong ability to integrate these practices into daily operations.
· Experience in driving the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, including gathering requirements, defining product roadmap, and overseeing development.
· Strong organizational skills, with demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
· Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
· Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills to work effectively across cross-functional teams and build positive relationships with stakeholders.
· Experience in driving user engagement, retention, and growth by leveraging AI capabilities and user insights.
