This position requires a current and active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance. This position does not have the ability to sponsor candidates for clearance processing.
Our National Security Sector is seeking an AI Project Integrator to an enterprise IT program. This is a high visibility role which will interact will executive level leadership within the client organization and potentially senior level stakeholders throughout the government and Intelligence Community. In this role you will provide project and systems integration support to AI efforts and supporting tasks which meet AI governance and evaluation objectives.
Our client Customer requires Project/System Integration support to provide oversight and implementation for enterprise-wide Artificial Intelligence (AI) initiatives related to digital foundations and workforce development. You will work with a broad range of technical and substantive stakeholders within the client’s organization to foster development and execution of initiatives supporting client strategic objectives related to AI. While the client’s leadership team will direct and manage the priorities, you will interact closely with senior level executive leadership in the development of strategic goals and implementation of plans.
In this role you will:
- Serve as the lead for development and execution of AI initiatives supporting the Sponsor.
- Work closely with the leadership team to implement the Enterprise Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) strategy and initiatives.
- Provide Project/Systems Integration Support to the AI efforts and supporting tasks to meet AI governance and evaluation objectives.
- Develop strategic goals and implementation plans for tasked initiatives across client’s organization, with a focus on AI governance and evaluation processes.
- Evaluate proposed AI initiatives across client organization, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, industry best practices (e.g., NIST RMF) and legal/regulatory requirements (e.g., Executive Order on Safe, Secure, and Trustworthy Artificial Intelligence).
- Support execution of proposed AI governance initiative plans through collaboration with cross-organization IT, data science, and governance teams.
- Engage with client senior technical leadership as necessary to help ensure success of AI efforts, with a focus on AI governance and oversight and perform analysis and evaluation of AI capabilities in client’s data science to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
Basic Qualifications:
- Active TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree and 12+ years of relevant experience. Additional work experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams across different departments in the organization, including executive level client leadership and senior stakeholders and decision makers from other branches of the government.
- Familiarity with legal/regulatory requirements for ensuring compliance in governance/evaluation (e.g. Executive Order on Safe, Secure, and Trustworthy Artificial Intelligence).
- Demonstrated experience working on, leading and managing systems engineering projects.
- Demonstrated experience supporting AI initiatives and evaluating of AI capabilities.
- Demonstrated experience working closely with senior executives to understand and prioritize enterprise and mission requirements.
- Demonstrated experience developing schedules and communicating program updates.
- Demonstrated experience being a self-starter with the ability to operate with minimal oversight.
- Demonstrated experience developing and writing technical documents and briefings.
Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field.
- Demonstrated experience with implementing governance processes for enterprise-wide adoption.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) and/or a Lean Six Sigma (LSS) Green Belt Certification.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $122,200.00 – $220,900.00
