The position will involve taking AI/ML skills and financial proven experience and applying them to tackle some of the most crucial challenges our clients face. Our mission is to help more and more people experience financial well-being by using the power of AI!
About the role:

In this role, you will have a chance to apply relevant AI / ML techniques to build scalable AI/ML solutions to cater to growth in BLK business and Aladdin.

Collaborate with all partners in the strategic design process and translate business needs into AI solution architecture design working closely with enterprise architects, cloud engineers, platform engineers, UX designers, and product managers.

Conduct AI/ML research/PoC by developing custom/novel architectures, defining use cases, and developing methodology & benchmarks to evaluate different approaches.

Implement AI/ML algorithm in a scalable and robust manner.

Evaluate and participate in key “build or buy” decisions for the Aladdin AI.

Drive thought leadership, identify industry and technical adoption patterns, define resolution, and resolve how to scale. Keep abreast of recent ML developments in academia and act as an advocate to help drive the adoption of new ML algorithms.

Support AI platforms and products including: deploy updates and fixes, provide Level 2 technical support, build tools to reduce the occurrence of errors and improve customer experience and perform root cause analysis of production errors to resolve technical issues and design procedures for system solving and maintenance.
About you:

Strong programming skills.

Experience in building AI/ML systems

Experience in conducting quantitative/AI/ML research.

Bachelor’s degree in STEM or related field, or equivalent experience.
