A Day In The Life 

As an AI Solutions Developer specializing in Legal Tech, you will play a key role in helping us create solutions for our legal practices by harnessing the power of artificial intelligence. Working closely with our team, you will develop and implement customized AI solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of our practice groups.

Key duties and responsibilities include but not limited to: 

• Work with the rest of the team to ideate AI-solutions.
• Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven solutions to address specific challenges and opportunities within legal practice areas
• Integrate AI solutions with existing systems and workflows, ensuring seamless deployment and user adoption.
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance existing solutions and develop new capabilities to meet evolving business needs.
• Develop AI solutions within the constraints of approved systems and adhere to the highest standards of security and compliance. Collaborate closely with Information Security and Information Technology teams to ensure that AI solutions meet all regulatory requirements and follow established security protocols.
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for AI solutions, including design specifications, implementation details, and user guides. Ensure that documentation is kept up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders, facilitating knowledge transfer and future development efforts.
• Other related tasks or responsibilities

Must haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or other technical field, or commensurate professional experience.
• Programming skills in languages relevant to AI development (e.g., Python, JavaScript, C#, SQL, etc. ).
• Experience with AI frameworks, libraries and tools such as Azure Machine Learning, Azure Cognitive Services, Azure Databricks, LangChain, Pytorch, etc. Familiarity with integrating and deploying AI models within the Azure ecosystem, including frameworks like Microsoft Cognitive Toolkit (CNTK), and/or Azure ML SDK
• Experience with low code/no code app development, particularly MS Power Platform, Azure AI Studio, MC CoPilot Studio

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Power Suite.

• Knowledge of best practices for the full software development life cycle.
• Exceptional analytical skills to deliver data driven recommendations.

• Exceptional communications skills (both written and verbal).

• Ability to self-manage and willingness to work “hands-on”.

Compensation

The typical salary range for this position is $70,000 – $110,000 annually; the base pay offered is based on location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, internal and market equity.
