Your Opportunity

  • Lead a world-class team, with focus on innovative cutting-edge research. 

  • Oversee algorithmic concept and feasibility for algorithmic modules , including problem statement definition, concept selection, risks, and mitigations.

  • Work on high-impact applications, with challenging and diverse semiconductor industry related problems to solve.

Roles and Responsibility

Leadership and Management:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage teams of algorithm engineers and researchers.

  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

  • Set clear goals and provide regular feedback and professional development opportunities for the team.

Execution and Delivery:

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex algorithmic projects developed by the team.

  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and executed efficiently.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align project goals.

Technical Expertise:

  • Stay abreast of the latest advancements in computer vision, deep learning, and related fields.

  • Provide technical guidance and support to the team, ensuring the use of best practices and innovative approaches.

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of robust, scalable, and efficient algorithms.

Strategy and Vision:

  • Develop and implement a strategic vision for algorithm teams.

  • Identify new opportunities and drive the innovation roadmap.

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align team efforts with overall company strategy.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Facilitate effective communication within the team and with other departments.

  • Present technical concepts and project updates to stakeholders, including non-technical audiences.

  • Build and maintain relationships with multiple stakeholders (Product, Business, Application.

Qualifications

  • Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field with a focus on computer vision and deep learning.

  • 10+ years of experience in computer vision and deep learning.

  • 3+ years of leadership or management experience in a technical role.

  • Deep understanding of machine learning, computer vision, and deep learning algorithms.

  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, and frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or OpenCV.
