Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager, SQL Developer

Responsibilities
1.    Database Development
o    Design, develop, and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions for healthcare-related data processing.
o    Create and manage database schemas, tables, indexes, and other database objects.
2.    Data Management
o    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand healthcare data requirements and translate them into database solutions.
o    Manage, manipulate, and process large datasets, ensuring data integrity and quality.
3.    Reporting & Analytics
o    Develop and maintain healthcare-specific reports and dashboards.
o    Support business intelligence (BI) teams with data extraction and transformation for analytics.
4.    Healthcare Data Compliance
o    Ensure adherence to healthcare data standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR, ICD, CPT codes).
o    Maintain compliance with HIPAA and other healthcare regulatory requirements.
5.    Performance Tuning & Optimization
o    Monitor and enhance database performance, including query optimization and system tuning.
o    Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues.

Qualifications we seek in you!
•    Technical Skills: 
o    Strong expertise in SQL programming, query tuning, and performance optimization.
o    Proficiency in relational database management systems (RDBMS) like SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL.
o    Strong knowledge on SSIS concepts and development.
o    Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) for database management.
o    Knowledge of ETL processes and tools.
o    Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
•    Domain Knowledge: 
o    Familiarity with healthcare data models and standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR).
o    Understanding of claims, EHR/EMR, or other healthcare workflows.
•    Other Skills: 
o    Customer Interaction Skills
o    Excellent MS office skills
o    Good verbal and written communication skills, appropriate for Executive level communication

Good-to-Have:
•    Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) or data visualization.
•    Familiarity with Python, R, or other scripting languages for data manipulation.
