Job Description

– Design, develop, implement, and maintain reports, dashboards, visualizations, and analytics with key insight for the Global Operations Team across APAC

– Develop and manage BI solutions with a cloud SQL data warehouse/lake such as Big Query , Snowflake

– Provide automated and ad-hoc reports with Microsoft Visio, Project, SharePoint, Smart Sheet, Slack, and other data analysis, visualization & reporting tools

– Collaborate with business users across APAC to provide data insights using data.

– Analyze business processes and requirements to apply them to data analysis using SQL.

– Create and maintain documentation including requirements, design, and user manuals.

– Identify opportunities to improve processes and strategies with technology solutions.

– Strong SQL programming skills, including the use of SQL analytic functions and stored procedure development and maintenance

– Experience with the development of orchestrating data with Google Cloud Composer (Airflow) using Python

– Proficient knowledge of expanded analysis solutions/tools (such as OLTP/OLAP data structures, advanced Excel, Tableau, Salesforce, Power BI, Business Objects)

– Leveraging data to help the business answer questions around further expansion, products, customer acquisition/retention/churn and any other business goals that can be addressed through data insights.

– Lead efforts in gathering and analyzing data from various sources to identify potential threats in the region (APAC). Utilize advanced analytical techniques to understand threat patterns and behaviors with regional stakeholder management experience.

– Urdu language (speak & write) is required by business. Main stakeholders and project team based in Pakistan and across APAC

Qualifications

-Experienced in dbt to test and maintain data.

-Strong expertise in Excel, Tableau, Adobe, Power BI, Google Big Query, and  Python to generate automated reports.

-Experienced in creating dashboards using data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, and Google Data Studio.

-Ability to read code and support applications, reports, and processes.

-Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

-Ability to contribute independently and as part of a team while being a very committed and strong team player.

-Excellent listening, communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
