Position Summary

The Analyst of Omnichannel Data Strategy, Insights, & Reporting is responsible for supporting and developing omnichannel reporting and insights. The ideal candidate will have a passion for data-driven, customer-centric and competitive insights, bringing easy-to-use solutions to life. This role entails leveraging data analytics to drive informed decision-making and recommendations that enhance customer experiences across multiple channels. You will collaborate on the design and execution of reporting frameworks, ensuring accurate, timely, and actionable insights for key stakeholders. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to align data initiatives with business objectives and continuously improve omnichannel performance. The ideal candidate possesses a background in data analysis, strategic thinking, and project management, with a focus on driving innovation and excellence in omnichannel operations. You must effectively communicate with technical and non-technical leadership and stakeholders using facts and well-reasoned cases.

This position requires foundational analytical and operational skills, including the ability to understand and simplify systems and processes, and the ability to quickly develop insights to inform a broader strategic roadmap. You will interact with and influence a wide range of middle to senior cross-functional partners and need to demonstrate a proven track record of delivering results.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting and developing omnichannel reporting and insights
  • Aligning with leadership and business stakeholders to define objectives, data & reporting requirements, and deliver results
  • Leveraging a combination of digital, program/outreach, and workflow data to tell a story and assess the success of new initiatives

Required Qualifications

  • 1 + years of experience in analytics, business management, healthcare technology or a related field
  •  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience and expertise in data mining / query platforms (e.g., SQL, Snowflake, Teradata, Foundry) and ability to use data & analytics to uncover root causes
  • 1+ years of experience with data visualization tools and reporting development using Tableau, PowerBI, or related reporting development software
  • Healthcare with a strong preference for retail pharmacy experience
  • Intermediate SQL expertise
  • Foundational to Intermediate expertise using Tableau or PowerBI for automated reporting development
  • Operational metrics and reports necessary to support continuous improvement and identify opportunities
  • Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization
  • Prioritization and delivering on multiple concurrent initiatives that have significant business impact
  • Think strategically; including defining objectives, analyzing key elements, evaluating risks, and developing framework to achieve success
  • Distill complex ideas into simpler frameworks and illustrations
  • Travel up to 15% of time, on an as needed basis

Education

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$43,888.00 – $93,574.80

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
