Analyst People Systems and Data Management
Position Summary:
The Analyst People Systems and Data Management will support the ongoing maintenance, analysis, and reporting for both People Data Management (PDM) and People Systems at JetBlue Airways. This role combines expertise in HRIS, systems administration, and reporting to ensure the integrity, accuracy, and efficiency of data across multiple HR platforms. The Analyst will be responsible for managing crewmember lifecycle data, ensuring compliance with company policies, and facilitating data-driven decision-making through regular reporting and system troubleshooting. Additionally, the Analyst will collaborate with internal and external partners on system enhancements, functional requirements, and process improvements.
Essential Responsibilities:
People Data Management & Organizational Management Support
- Maintain, update, and troubleshoot personnel data, ensuring compliance with company policies and data accuracy.
- Respond to internal and external personnel file requests, and support the approval of requisitions and employment verification.
- Support all aspects of JetBlue Airways organizational structure, movement and processes.
- Assist with position movements, separations, suspensions, name changes, and other organizational structure updates within the SAP.
- Develop and implement audit procedures to ensure data integrity and quality across the organization.
- Partner with the SAP technical team to design, test, and implement new HR system capabilities.
- Lead the effort to streamline physical personnel files into electronic records and manage their final repository.
- Create and maintain reports on database accuracy and other HR data needs.
- Perform regular maintenance and updates to master data records and support troubleshooting for system errors.
People Systems
- Support the People Systems team by handling system administration tasks.
- Collaborate with external and internal teams for system enhancements and troubleshooting.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by coordinating test plans, facilitating communication between stakeholders, and ensuring system functionality meets business requirements before deployment.
- Conduct audits to ensure data integrity and compliance.
- Support the collection, analysis, and documentation of functional business requirements, as well as the business design of functional solutions.
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Experience and Qualifications
- High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) Diploma.
- One (1) year of experience in HRIS, data analysis, or systems administration, with exposure to SAP or other HR systems.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to high standards of accuracy.
- Available for overnight travel (10%).
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test.
- Must be legally eligible to work in the country in which the position is located.
- Authorization to work in the US is required. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
Preferred Experience and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Two (2) years of experience in HRIS, data analysis, or systems administration, with exposure to SAP or other HR systems.
- Experience with SAP or SuccessFactors.
- Experience with system configuration, project management, and the implementation of HRIS solutions.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners.
- Experience in business process improvement, change management, and project delivery within HR systems.
Crewmember Expectations:
- Regular attendance and punctuality.
- Potential need to work flexible hours and be available to respond on short-notice.
- Able to maintain a professional appearance.
- When working or traveling on JetBlue flights, and if time permits, all capable crewmembers are asked to assist with light cleaning of the aircraft.

Work Environment:
- Traditional office environment with occasional travel requirements (up to 10%).

Compensation:
- The base pay range for this position is between $62,400.00 and $89,600.00 per year. Base pay is one component of JetBlue’s total compensation package, which may also include access to healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan and company match, crewmember stock purchase plan, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, free space available travel on JetBlue, and more.
