Introduction to role:
Are you ready to adapt and influence across our whole enterprise? As a Junior Associate in Power BI, you will be part of a team that is crucial to the growth of AstraZeneca. This role is perfect for those who are comfortable with change and responding to shifting needs, whilst being mindful of the impact on other projects and roadmaps across the business.

Accountabilities:
As a Junior Associate, you will be responsible for solution architecture for Business Intelligence use cases, serving as a key liaison between Business End Users, IT and Power BI Development team. You will work with stakeholders to identify their reporting/data requirements and translate these into technical reporting requirements. You will also collaborate continuously with the Agile Scrum team to implement new reporting efficiencies and milestones. 

Essential Skills/Experience:
– Minimum of 5 years’ experience working in a role associated with reporting, analytics, and/or data management.
– Proven experience working with detailed report visualizations and data management.
– Experience with gathering user requirements, developing system documentation, testing or analytical business reports.
– Must have good hands-on experience in Power BI.
– Strong knowledge in Databases, DM schemas and SQL.
– Full life cycle implementation experience using various SDLC methodologies.
– Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English.
– Strong service focus.
– Engaging and friendly personality.
– Collaborative, flexible and a team player.

While not essential, experience in designing mobile reports would be beneficial.
