Analytics & AI Officer

As we expand our capabilities in data and machine learning, we are seeking a skilled and strategic Analytics & AI Officer to join our growing team.

The Analytics & AI Officer will lead InfraCore’s data analytics and artificial intelligence initiatives, driving insights and automation across our operations and products. This hybrid role blends strategic leadership with hands-on development of data models, machine learning solutions, and business intelligence frameworks. 

You’ll work cross-functionally with engineering, product, and executive teams to transform data into actionable intelligence, helping InfraCore remain at the forefront of smart infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the data analytics and AI roadmap aligned with company objectives
• Design and deploy predictive models, anomaly detection systems, and optimization algorithms
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support business and operational decision-making
• Leverage machine learning and AI tools to enhance existing services (e.g., traffic flow analysis, predictive maintenance, image processing)
• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable data solutions
• Ensure data governance, accuracy, privacy, and compliance across all analytics activities
• Evaluate and integrate AI frameworks and platforms (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Azure AI, etc.)
• Monitor and optimize deployed models for performance and accuracy
• Mentor junior data team members and provide guidance on best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in analytics, machine learning, or AI roles
• Proven experience building and deploying models using Python, R, or equivalent languages
• Strong command of SQL, data wrangling, and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
• Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts: supervised/unsupervised learning, NLP, neural networks, etc.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and data pipelines
• Excellent communication and strategic thinking skills
• Experience in the transportation or infrastructure sector is a plus
