Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. The Data Analyst will play a crucial role in transforming raw data into actionable insights. You will work closely with various departments to understand their data needs and provide analytical support to drive business decisions. Your expertise in SQL, Python, R, DAX, and data analytics will be essential in developing and maintaining robust data models, reports, and dashboards. Additionally, you will utilize Cognos Analytics to enhance our data visualization capabilities.

Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Cognos Analytics.
- Utilize Python and R for statistical analysis, data modeling, and machine learning tasks.
- Write and optimize DAX queries for data manipulation and reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Continuously improve data collection and analysis processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business, or related field
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Python and R for data analysis and modeling.
- Strong knowledge of DAX and experience with Power BI.
- Familiarity with SQL and database management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with machine learning algorithms and frameworks.
- Knowledge of data visualization best practices.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
