Summary of the role We are seeking an entry-level Engineer in EXL’s AI Innovation and R&D team to help build Generative AI and Agentic AI capabilities for client-facing initiatives and internal accelerators. This is a hands-on engineering role focused on agentic workflows, retrieval systems, evaluation, and production readiness, with strong software engineering fundamentals and a willingness to learn quickly.
