What You’ll Do

• Build and deploy AI-powered applications and autonomous workflows

• Develop LLM-based systems across the full product lifecycle

• Design evaluation frameworks, datasets, and testing pipelines

• Collaborate closely with leadership on product and technical direction

• Help shape an AI-first engineering culture as the team scales

What You Bring

• Strong software engineering fundamentals and production experience

• Experience building LLM applications, AI agents, or RAG systems

• Ability to own projects end-to-end in fast-moving environments

• Strong product mindset with high autonomy and urgency

• Interest in AI infrastructure, automation, and applied AI systems
