• Strong experience as an AI Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer, or AI Architect, with a proven record of hands‑on delivery.
• Practical experience applying AI/ML to real production systems, not just experimentation or research.
• Background in video engineering, video performance, or video streaming platforms, with an AI or data‑driven focus.
• Experience working with large, high‑volume datasets and deriving actionable insights from complex signals.
• Ability to design and build AI agents, automation workflows, and system integrations end‑to‑end.
• Strong programming and system design skills, with an emphasis on scalable, maintainable solutions.
