Job Description

We own and manage c.7,500 homes in the east of England, working closely with other agencies and stakeholders within our communities. We build on the good foundations we have in place in being a customer-centric organisation, investing in our existing homes – including our zero-carbon journey – as well as building new homes.

We are looking for an Asset Data Analyst to join the operations team here at Havebury. Working within our Strategic Property Team you will be responsible for proactively managing our asset management system database. Analysing data, maintain accurate and up to date information. Be a figure head in the organisation to ensure the proactive use of Asset data across decision making processes.

You’ll be a key role in the path to planned future investment of our homes and ensuring that we invest in homes at the right time. With the drive towards decarbonisation and SAP C, you’ll support the delivery of our planned works with accurate and ensure that improvement works are correctly updated to ensure we can monitor our journey to EPC SAP C.

Requirements

Outline of Key Responsibilities…

  • Take responsibility for the data integrity within the asset management system (Keystone and Civica Cx)
  • Be proactively involved and lead on Asset data projects
  • Be an advocate for the one system approach and ensure data is accurate across all systems with continuous analysis
  • Proactively review data inputted in our Asset management system from several work streams such as planned improvement, repairs and surveying
  • Regularly refresh Asset viability assessments and provide reports, case studies and proposals to the leadership team
  • Carry out statistical analysis and produce reports for;
    • Decent Homes Compliance
    • SAP rating of our stock
    • Prepare 30 year repair cost forecasts for business planning purposes
    • Prepare detailed 30 year cost forecasts for our entire stock.
    • Provide support to our delivery services.
    • Road to SAP C by 2030
    • Decarbonisation of our Homes
  • Act as a “Super user” for the Asset management system to advise and assist other staff members to use the system to the fullest extent possible

We are looking for someone who has…

  • Qualified by previous experience in a Data Analyst role
  • Evidence of continued professional development
  • Experience working in an information or data management environment or similar
  • Ability to analyse and interpret complex information and provide reporting output in easily understandable formats
  • Experience of producing comprehensive written reports and of reporting statistical data, analysis, and data visualisations
  • Experience of undertaking housing stock appraisals
