Job Description

  • Lead end-to-end data projects, encompassing extraction, visualization, analysis, and interpretation, to drive strategic business decisions.
  • Develop and implement automated reporting and monitoring systems for real-time insights.
  • Build, train, and deploy machine learning models to predict and optimize key business metrics.
  • Create and refine models for classification, regression, clustering, and recommendation systems, tailored to business needs.
  • Develop comprehensive reports and presentations that effectively communicate analysis and model outcomes to stakeholders, and present findings to senior leadership and other key stakeholders.
  • Design and analyze experiments to test hypotheses, measuring the impact of changes on customer behavior and consumption patterns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including senior leadership, to drive strategic initiatives and enhance processes.
  • Ensure data integrity through robust practices, meticulous documentation, and effective knowledge sharing

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business, or a related analytical field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in data mining, predictive modeling, time series analysis, machine learning, Big Data methodologies, and transforming and cleaning both structured and unstructured data.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, and Tableau.
  • Strong analytical mind with business acumen to identify patterns, trends, and draw conclusions from large datasets.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively convey insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
