Job Description

Purpose/ Mission

To assist sales team in achieving profitable and sustainable market growth by providing clear and actionable insights obtained from customer data. These inputs shall enhance understanding of the business, to drive improved decision making and increase productivity. Aside from being the gatekeeper of customer data collection, interpretation, and application. The position will also assist Wholesale digital activations, mainly through monitoring Priority One and account specific campaigns

 

Accountabilities

Functional

  • Establish and maintain customer sell through and inventory reporting, conducting quantitative product and sales analysis.

  • Assist Omni channel marketing with collation and analyses of product performance within the wholesale channel.

  • Assist in the development of Key Account Plans and ensure quarterly reviews are properly conducted with utilization of data and insights generated from customer sell through reports.

  • Work with the Senior Manager Wholesale to maximize sales and profitability within the channel.

  • Present analysis and insights to internal and external stakeholders.

  • Provide clear recommendations based on data and trends.

  • Track Brand Priority 1 and Account specific activations campaigns

  • Collate and Track Trade Spend across the Wholesale channel aligned to customer agreements.  

  • Provide content links/material for Priority 1 and Account Specific activations.

 

Controlling

  • Maintain timely collections and collation of customer data. 

  • Manage data integrity.

  • Monitor the progress of accounts KPIs.

 

Compliances

  • To observe both global and local policies and procedures in all dealings

  • Maintain confidential disciplines on customer data sharing guidelines.

  • Perform other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.

 

Professional background/ Experience

  • Preferably 2-4 years in analytics, ideally in a sales environment

  • Preferably industry experience in FMCG, technology, Consumer Goods

  • Exposure in Sports, marketing, account marketing, consumer goods, fashion, retail

  • University degree from reputable institution

  • Technical Skills: Outlook – Basic, Word – Advanced, Excel – Advanced/Expert, PowerPoint: Advanced

  • Langauge Skills: English – Advanced, Local Language – Fluent
