Job Description:



  • Design and execute marketing campaigns and engagement activities to grow our community base and increase member engagement
  • Analyse industry trends, competitor approaches and opportunities to devise a community development strategy
  • Work closely with the team to plan and implement community development ideas, by leveraging social media, digital marketing channels and traditional platforms
  • Plan initiatives targeting specific community segments including related content, visuals, promotions and other elements
  • Identify and track community engagement metrics, engagement levels of the communication channels, drop-off rates and analyse the data to optimise ROI
  • Re-engage and convert lapsed/dormant subscribers into active member
  • Report on insights by analysing community activities and feedback
  • Identify and manage situations of potential crisis on social platforms, in line with appropriate guidelines
  • Enhance functionalities, design, UI/UX and content of the website to increase traffic and engagement
  • Analyse and evaluate customer journey across different channels and touchpoints (Google Analytics knowledge required)
  • Optimise and maintain our member portal to ensure minimal downtime and service recovery, including duties like site programming, updating of content, review SEO and monitoring of traffic/site statistics
  • Ensure applications and data are kept confidential, protected and secured
  • Maintain and update technical/user documents and procedures

Job Requirement:



  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in community / membership management
  • Proven experience with social media management, digital marketing or communication campaign delivery
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills and can generate impactful content
  • Strong people person and able to empathies and build rapport with others easily
  • Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction
  • A team player with leadership skills and comfortable working with data
  • Attention to detail, critical-thinker and problem-solver
  • Organised and able to juggle multiple priorities and deliverables
  • Basic skills and experience in any of the following would be a significant advantage:
  1. Web programming languages (Javascript, HTML, CSS, PhP etc)
  2. Web services, WordPress, Google Analytics
  3. Python, UI/UX, APIs
  4. Web or data management and security
