Assistant Research Analyst -Secondary data team- RWE (F/M/N)
Job Description
Oracle Life Sciences has a vacancy for a 6 months trainee position of Assistant Research Analyst with a background in healthcare and medical research. Reporting to a Project Manager, you will work primarily on international quantitative healthcare related projects using secondary data.
Committed to client service and research excellence, you will be expected to support the project team to deliver on client requests. To be successful, this person, in conjunction with the project team, will be fully involved in all the stages of research studies, from the study set up to the final delivery/report and will be a key player in the analysis of the studies.
You will have the opportunity to go beyond local data and work on data analysis and synthesis in studies with one or multiple existing data sources across all continents.

- Contribute, under the supervision of a Research Analyst and/or a Project Manager, to the conduct/delivery of healthcare research studies, from set up to final report and presentation to end clients.
- Conduct literature reviews and background searches on specific topics relevant to ongoing studies
- Ability to discuss study designs and epidemiological methods with the project team.
- Assist on the development of study materials, including study protocol, SAP, final report, and manuscripts.
- Conduct data analysis and interpretation of real-world secondary data.
- Commits to enhancing skills and knowledge and seeks to expand level of responsibilities.
Qualifications and expectations:
- Enrolled in a Master’s program; preferably in Pharmacoepidemiology, Health Economics and Outcomes, Biostatistics, Public Health, Pharmacy degree or related scientific field;
- Fluency in English C1 minimum;
- Possesses a strong ability to organize self-planning, to multitasking and ability to work with different teams;
- Excellent scientific writing skills;
- Competency in the analysis and interpretation of real-world secondary data;
- Ease with Microsoft pack (Word, Excel, PPT);
- Inquisitive minded, meticulous, conscientious, and committed to client service and research excellence;
